CBT – Cook Training
This training is for cooks who are responsible for food handling and preparation onboard. It is designed to provide continuous training for the galley crew in accordance with the requirements of MLC 2006 Convention. There are several case studies in the training aiming to demonstrate real life scenarios for better understanding.
