As of 31 December 2020, all ships entering EU waters are expected to maintain an Inventory of Hazardous Materials (IHM), regardless of their flag, and train their personnel on this issue. The IHM training prepared for this purpose provides comprehensive guidance on the Inventory of Hazardous Materials procedures applied on ships.
