We attended to 28th Maritime HR & Crew Management Summit organized by ACI last week that is held in London which we have sponsored.
During the two days conference, we gave a presentation on “From Assess & Train to Attract & Retain” and had the chance to listen to amazing presentations on Crew Wellbeing, Crew Management, and Crew Training.
We emphasized the shortage of officers, lack of talent and attitude, and the importance of a culture shift in shipping companies for the upcoming challenges to attract talents and retain them. We also demonstrated how we can assist shipping companies to “Attract, Assess, Train and Retain” their most valuable asset with our end-to-end solutions.
