RESPONSIBILITIES
- Creating and designing interactive e-learning and/or video training required by our clients.
- Will be participating in education technologies, online learning, digital development process, and projects.
- Preparing technical and soft-skill e-learning training.
- Preparing training packages on our LMS platform.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- Preferably Graduated from Computer Education and Instructional Technology – CEIT
- Min 2-year experience in corporate academies on online training design and/or learning technologies.
- Have an overall technical knowledge about LMS (Moodle)
- Can use online training and video design software (especially Articulate Storyline and Adobe Creative Cloud Components),
- Capable of analyzing the content and converting this content into interactive training scenarios as e-learning or video.
- Following the new technologies and implementations closely and open to developing him/herself.
- Knows the principles of adult and customized learning.
- Can use MS Office.
- Open to working on VR, AR projects.
PRACTICAL DETAILS
- Location: Teknopark İzmir, Gülbahçe, Urla, İzmir
- Start date: ASAP
- Work schedule: Full-Time, Remote mostly during Covid
- Compensation: Competitive, depending on skill level and experience
