This training has been prepared as a guide to meet the MARPOL 73/78 Regulation 17 and 36 Annex I requirements, including the recent corrections to ensure that the Oil Record Book Part I is appropriately filled.
Training also comprises a case study, that officers have to fill the ORB according to a given scenario and assessed automatically.
