  • The need for attracting and retaining crew
  • Enabling crew to pass to the alternative shore positions by providing proper training
  • The need for mentoring/peer support and on hands training
  • The benefits of cloud simulation and blended approach on training
  • The need for work/life balance, gender balance, social responsibility, building trust, engagement, recognition and awarding  
  • The need for programs on Continuous Professional development both onshore and onboard
