We have completed the first day of our participation at the 26th Maritime HR & Crew Management Summit. After the opening speech of Preetraj Sobti, presentations made by General Secretary of International Chamber of Shipping, Guy Plattten, Project Manager of Drewry, Serena Huang, our CEO Capt. Ozgur Alemdag, Global Marine Sourcing Strategy Lead of Maersk A/S, Capt. Saurabh Mahesh, and HR of Thome Group. Very hot topics were discussed during the presentations and round tables on crew regulations, seafarer supply and demand, multicultural crew, crisis management, upcoming challenges for crew selection and training and proposed solutions, promoting young talents, and cost & quality balance. Attendees also had the chance to try our VR Based Serious Games. Looking forward to having a productive second day…
