“The merchant shipping and fishing vessels (entry into enclosed spaces) regulations 2022″ has been published, which will come into force on the 14th of May 2022. The 2022 regulations place duties on #shipowners, masters, employers of seafarers, and others to take measures to protect #seafarers, among others, from the hazards of entering and or working in enclosed spaces. This is an efficient way of keeping your crew up to date. You can also define the period that the training should be completed, notify the crew, add an assessment and repeat the training to make it well understood before the deadline of any regulatory change.
