The maritime industry has been alerted to the impact of cyber threats all around the World. Vessel’s systems are becoming increasingly undefended for cyber breaches.
This course aims to increase the understanding for the cyber threads onboard. The purpose of this training is to raise awareness level of seafarers about Cyber Security.

Course Duration
Depending on the participants’ background and knowledge of the subject. Average time is 1,5 hours for all CBT modules and practical exercise.
Course Requirement
Cyber systems are used in maritime industy , at shore side from office to port facilities even ship agencies , at seaside from research vessels to passanger ships and private yachts. Tehrefore , the security vulnetabilities in this area are beginning to cause more serious problems everyday.
