Description

Elementary first aid is one of the most vital training that every seafarer needs to take and refresh in some intervals in order to react properly in case of emergencies onboard. We created a 3D animated CBT for seafarers to refresh their knowledge that is compliant with IMO Model Course 1.13 and STCW Convention Chapter VI, Section A-VI/1-3.

-Body Structure and Functions

-Positioning of Casualty

-Unconscious Casualty

-Resuscitation -Bleeding

-Management of Shock

-Burns and Scalds&Accidents Caused by Electricity

-Rescue&Transport a Casualty

-Bandaging, Enclosed Spaces, Infectious Diseases, Personel Health and Hygienene

Course Duration

Depending on the participants’ background and knowledge of the subject. Average time is 4 hours for CBT and 1/2 hour  for practical exercise.
