Description

Mentoring is an art of giving presents. Presents of the expertise of years and knowledge. It is also transferring the company culture in a structured session. This training gives the fundamentals of the concepts with open ended questions to make think of your own mentors and you as a mentor. Describes the necessary skills and prepare the mentor candidate for the practice. It is also useful for mentees to be on the same page during a mentoring project.
