Module 2 – Support Structures

In the second module, ‘Support Structures’ will be discussed.

The goals of this module are:

1. We can be proactive in improving our mental health.

2. Using the support systems helps us to find solutions to problems, rather than letting them go on.

3. Identifying sources of help before an issue happens, helps us to be prepared and gives us confidence to act.
