Computer Based Training (CBT) is an innovative way of training that involves the use of a personal or networked computer or even a mobile phone for the delivery of necessary skills and knowledge.
MTR can develop interactive CBTs on any topic that meets your requirements that can be reached over our online or offline platform. We can prepare the CBTs in a very effective way that allows the crew to fill even a document after having the necessary training like incident investigation report, garbage/oil record book or risk assessment form which is evaluated automatically.
*All induction & CBT trainings have got an assessment and satisfaction questioannaire. Attendees are awarded with a square coded certificate after successfully completion of the CBT. Certificates are granted under our Maritime Training Institute accreditation and can be checked online the square code in order to increase reliability.
