In this module we will look at how we can do this. How we can help ourselves and each other and make the environment in which we live and work more positive and supportive.

The last module of MTR’s “Let’s Talk” webinar series, introduces you to the “WALLS” technique, where we can reduce the stigma and make mental health a subject that we are happy to talk about; the more we talk, the easier it becomes.
