Turkish Shipowners' Association (TSA).
The Turkish Shipowners' Association has entered into a strategic collaboration with Maritime Trainer to empower its members to effectively respond to the dynamic and evolving training needs of the international maritime sector. This partnership aims to support the continuous professional development of both shipboard and shore-based personnel while providing association members with advantageous access to advanced digital training solutions.
The cooperation protocol was officially signed during a ceremony held at the Turkish Shipowners' Association Headquarters on July 28, 2026.
Through this valuable collaboration, we are thrilled to provide the association's members with exclusive access to our digital human capital management platform as a one-stop-shop service for crew assessment, training, competence, and well-being needs.
By offering a wide range of maritime training topics in a digital environment, the Maritime Trainer platform will enable companies to manage their training processes more efficiently and continuously support the professional growth of their personnel.
Empowering both shipboard and shore-based personnel is crucial for meeting the dynamic needs of the global shipping industry. To ensure we are consistently hitting the mark, regular evaluation meetings will be held between the Turkish Shipowners' Association and Maritime Trainer. Feedback, training requirements, and development suggestions from TSA members will directly contribute to the platform's ongoing enhancement.
