This group training aims to motivate the participants to engage in the discussions by actively discussing the given scenarios and contributing to the case studies/games. Evaluation should be based on the participant's engagement and motivation rather than knowledge. Please remember the following points while evaluating the participants. The following key performance indicators (KPIs)can be considered while giving a score over 100. Each KPI can be evaluated over 10, with 1 being poor, 10 being as excellent according to participants' engagement;
