After completing this training, the learner will be familiar with the following topics:
• Execute the responsibilities defined in the ISPS Code for one or more ships.
• Ensure Ship Security Assessments are performed using structured, risk-based methodologies.
• Oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of approved Ship Security Plans.
• Facilitate security activities between ships, port facilities, and administrations.
• Provide expert guidance to company leadership and ship masters on threat mitigation and risk strategies.
• Maintain organizational alignment with international conventions and national legislation.
• Drive security training, drills, and vigilance throughout the fleet.
