CBT – Human Factor – Carrying Out Relevant Drills

This training emphasizes accurate and realistic planning of drills, the role of the human factor in the effectiveness of the drills, how the ship’s personnel should behave in an emergency, and the use of appropriate emergency equipment and communication systems.

Remember that a drill is only truly completed after a debriefing session has taken place and everyone has had an opportunity to speak out about it.
