As MTR Bilişim Eğitim ve Danışmanlık Anonim Şirketi, within the scope of establishing an Information Security Management System (ISMS) for the processes related to the delivery of our services, we commit to the following



Establishing a risk management methodology that includes identifying information assets, determining risks, and implementing control measures for these risks, with the goal of adhering to the principles of confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information, which are the core requirements of the Information Security Management System, for our organization, employees, and suppliers.


  • Ensuring customer and employee satisfaction within the scope of the Information Technologies Unit activities and continuously improving our service quality.

  • Providing and maintaining the necessary resources for hardware, software, training, and other controls required to reduce information security risks.

  • Implementing necessary sanctions in the event of an information security breach.

  • Protecting the confidentiality of information belonging to our employees and customers, complying with relevant national, international, and sectoral regulations, fulfilling legal and regulatory requirements, meeting obligations arising from agreements, and ensuring information security requirements that stem from our corporate responsibilities to internal and external stakeholders.

  • Ensuring the participation, adherence, awareness, education, and encouragement of all personnel and business partners in ISMS processes for ensuring information security.

  • Monitoring, reviewing, and continuously improving the efficiency of the ISMS through internal and external audits, and ensuring the system remains consistently compliant and effective.
