Course Content

After completing this training, the learner will be familiar with the following topics:
 Gain self-awareness through reflection on your own actions and how they might be perceived by others, preventing unintentional harassment or bullying.
 Recognize the different behaviors that can constitute harassment and bullying, including verbal abuse, intimidation, exclusion, and creating a hostile work environment.
 Explore strategies and techniques for eliminating harassment and bullying from the workplace, fostering a culture of respect and inclusivity.
 Understand the established procedures for reporting and addressing incidents of harassment and bullying within the organization.
 Participate in role-playing activities to develop practical skills for intervening in or reporting harassment and bullying situations
