Resilience is how well a person can adapt to adverse events like facing a tragedy, natural disaster, health concern, relationship, work, or school problem in their life.
A person with good resilience can bounce back more quickly. We provide the “Resilience” training topics in a reflective learning CBT format that enables the attendees to interact with each other more easily, which also helps the facilitator to trigger the discussions over the topics more effectively.
